5. Purchases & Payment Terms

All purchases for digital courses, coaching, or related services are processed securely through Stripe.

By purchasing, you agree to:

Complete all payment plan installments (if selected)

Provide accurate billing information

If a payment fails, we may attempt to collect it again or suspend access until resolved.

 

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access provided, all sales are final, and no refunds are offered.

We do provide a Peace of Mind Promise, which may include support options or additional resources, but it does not replace the no-refund policy.

 

7. Coaching and Educational Content

Caregiver Confidence provides educational content, including:

Digital coursework

Group sessions

1:1 coaching

Caregiving resources

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Seek professional guidance for medical/legal/financial matters

Attend coaching sessions on time

Take responsibility for your decisions

Results vary and are not guaranteed.

 

9. Access to Digital Products

Upon purchase, you gain a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access purchased materials.

You may not:

Download and distribute materials

Post content publicly

Use content for commercial purposes

We may revoke access if these Terms are violated.

 

10. Memberships & Payment Plans

If you enroll in a future monthly membership or subscription:

Your card will be charged automatically

You may cancel future billing at any time (access ends at the end of the paid period)

Past payments are non-refundable

Payment plans must be completed. Missed payments may result in account suspension.

 

11. Testimonials

By submitting a testimonial (written, video, or verbal), you grant us permission to use it for marketing, including:

Social media

Advertising

Sales materials
